The Tucker Time story started in 1988. At the time fresh balanced diets for pets were not readily available and supermarket brands were the commonly used option, mainly due to the convenience. Many dog owners had experienced numerous problems with their pets, such as skin disorders. The quality of products that were available in the marketplace was unsuitable for treating such disorders. The majority of problems were in fact linked back to a poor diet.
The Tucker Time mission was to provide a high Quality Natural Diet, which would be complete, balanced and fresh. This was achieved by developing the Tucker Time formula which contains only the highest quality ingredients. The meat used in Tucker Time is sourced from human consumption abattoirs and Tucker Time has also added a full compliment of vitamins and minerals to ensure that your pet receives the best possible nutrition.
Tucker Time in conjunction with animal nutritionists and veterinarians, went to great lengths to develop a food which would combat skin problems as well as provide a solid diet which could be consumed on a daily basis. During this period of research and development many other discoveries followed and Tucker Time as we now know it was born. Over the years the formula has been improved and the natural products such as Naturezyme®, Naturesac® and Naturebac® were incorporated. Tucker Time was tested by veterinarians on various animal disorders and was found to be of great benefit.
